Account Management

To create an account, click on the "Sign In" button on the homepage, click Create Account and select either "Candidate" or "Employer." Fill in the required information, such as your name, email, and password. Once you've completed the registration form, verify your email address as prompted. You can now log in to your account and start using CareerHirely.

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.

Pricing and Billing

CareerHirely accepts payments from major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to the "Billing" section. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Candidate Profile

Log in to your account, go to settings and click on the "Profile" tab in the dashboard. You can edit your personal information, work experience, education, and other details by clicking on the respective sections. Save your changes to update your profile.

To upload or update your resume, go to your settings  and click on the "Basic" tab. Click on the "Upload Resume" button and select your resume file in PDF or Word format. Your resume will be uploaded and visible to potential employers.

Job Search and Applications

Use the search bar on the homepage or the " Find Job" page to enter keywords related to your desired position, such as job title, skills, or location. You can also use filters to narrow down your search based on job type, industry, salary range, and other preferences.

When you find a job listing that interests you, click on the "Apply" button on the job listing page. You may be asked to fill out an application form or redirect to the employer's website to complete the application process.

Employer Dashboard

Log in to your employer account and navigate to the dashboard. Click on the "My Job" tab to view metrics such as views, clicks, and applications for each of your job listings.

To extend or close a job listing, go to your employer dashboard and click on the job listing you wish to manage. Select the "Extend" or "Close" option and follow the instructions to update the job listing status.

CareerHirely is committed to protecting your personal information. We use industry-standard encryption methods and secure servers to store your data. We also implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user information.
