Service Refunds

  1. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@careerhirely.com. We will assess your refund request on a case-by-case basis and, if justified, process a refund.
  2. If you request a refund after the 30 days period, we may not be able to grant your request. However, we encourage you to reach out to our support team to discuss your concerns and find a solution that meets your needs.

Subscription Refunds

  1. For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the most recent billing cycle at support@careerhirely.com.
  2. Refunds for subscription services will be calculated based on the remaining unused days in the current billing cycle. We will not issue refunds for any previous billing cycles.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. If you violate our Terms and Conditions.
  2. If your account has been suspended or terminated due to abuse, fraud, or any violation of our policies.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
